The Hastelloy Coil/Slitting Coil consists mainly of Nickel (58–70%) , Molybdenum (15–30%) , and Chromium (14–22%) , with small amounts of Iron, Cobalt, Tungsten, and Manganese . This distinctive composition delivers outstanding resistance against both oxidizing and reducing agents. The material features a tensile strength of 690–785 MPa , a yield strength of about 275–355 MPa , and notable elongation, all of which combine to provide excellent toughness, ductility, and thermal stability.
