Hastelloy C22 Sheet and Plates are nickel-based alloys composed of Nickel (56–63%) , Chromium (20–22%) , and Molybdenum (12–14.5%) , together with small quantities of Tungsten, Iron, and Cobalt . They offer outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and to both oxidizing and reducing conditions. The material has a tensile strength of 485–690 MPa , a yield strength of 275–345 MPa , and good elongation, which combine to deliver superb toughness, ductility, and thermal stability for service in extremely corrosive and challenging industrial applications.
